Is there a way to convert a Wordperfect 8 address book into Access 2003?

Can WP export it as a text file or a dBase file?
 
The only options I have to export it to a .abx file. Whatever that may be?

That's a WordPerfect Address Book File. I don't have one handy so I
don't know the format. It may or may not be readable by Access. I was not
able to find any converters other than the one to convert it to Address Book
