How can I import my old address book from WordPerfect into Outlook

Finally changing from WordPerfect to Word and need all of my addresses from
WordPerfect address book. Any way short of printing and retyping into
Outlook?

Can the WordPerfect addressbook export into any sort of format that Outlook
can import?
