Convert WordPerfect 9 QuickCorrect to Word 2002 AutoCorrect file

How do I convert my WordPerfect 9 QuickCorrect file to a Word 2002
AutoCorrect file. I've read many articles about needing conversion files and
certain macros, I'm afraid to say I'm now totally confused - any help would
be GREATLY appreciated!
