How Do I convert word file in wordPerfect File ?

Hello Friends,
I would like to know how do I convert word file in wordperfect file format??
I do not want extra word document tags like, fontSize , font etc in
wordperfect files
when i convert word to wordperfect..
Is there any machanisum to do this or macro or in VB code something.
please show ur vision on this.

You can either save the document in WP format using the appropriate filter
(if all else fails you'll find one linked from the downloads page of my web
site) or you can open the Word document in recent versions of WP and save it
from there. As with any conversion between wildly disparate file formats
there will be scope for anomaly between the resulting documents.
