Point 1: All Caps is considered shouting in forums.
Point 2: To convert to PDF, you either have Word 2007 which I believe has
this capability, or get a third party software to create the PDF from your
Word document. Search Google for these as there are many with differing
capabilities.
Point 3: "Review contents" does this mean only to read your document or to
review it by editing it as appropriate? PDFs are notoriously difficult to
edit, so PDFing your document may not be the best.
Point 4: TXT format, File, Save As, Save As Type, Plain Text (*.txt). You do
realise any formating you have in your document will disappear. IF the
receiver is asking for non-Word format, maybe try RTF?
