If you have Word 2003 or earlier and have a Convert to Adobe PDF toolbar
button, then you just click that button to convert the document to a PDF.
Depending on your PDF settings (which you can change by choosing Change
Conversion Settings on the Adobe PDF menu), you may be prompted for a
filename. This is the easiest and best way to create a PDF in Word, but you
can also accomplish this by printing to the Adobe PDF printer.
