You get 5 mins free but need to buy for longer. Sound & video quality is great. Use an editor like Power Producer to edit 5 minutes and try it out.

Since the 5th generation iPods there is another possibility of playing m4v and mp4 MPEG-4 video file formats. Only non copy-protected WMA files may be copied to an iPod. Other formats are not possible to be played by the iPod and this is the case of FLAC and Ogg Vorbis formats.

If yours is one of the above then that ANY VIDOE CONVERTER should do the trick. Its pretty fast at .flv to .avi conversions.
