I have no idea whatsoever what a tps is. What software package creates
tps files?
 
Clarion of SoftVelociy (www.softvelocity.com) is the software package
creates the tps files. Clarion is a Rapid Database Development technology.

You'ld need to contact softvelocity and see if they have an ODBC
driver, or a tool to export the table data to comma-separated text,
dBase format, or some other format which Access can read.

Any Forms or user interface stuff would need to be recreated from
scratch.
