"Convert to PDF" option in Word is gone

I have lost the "Convert to Adobe PDF" option in Word (Office 2003).
I have Acrobat 6.0, and the option is available from Excel and PowerPoint
but not from Word, and I cannot find it via View > Toolbar either... What to
do?

Check that the add-in is still present and checked in tools > templates and
add-ins, and that the toolbar is checked.
If that doesn't fix it, remove the add-in from the office startup folder.
Start then close Word. Put the add-in back and restart Word. See also
