convert the auto numbered information to text

Hi

I have information in MS Word document that has been styled with Auto
numbering. We need to restyle the documents so that they do not contain auto
numbers but they contain the actual numbers in text format which can then be
styled and\or manipulated. Is there a way to convert the auto numbered
information to text, by means of a macro or any other means.

Any assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated.

In a macro use the command ConvertNumberstoText
