convert table to data source

I have a table full of names and address and I need to make labels out of them.

I have the fields in the first row of the table eg, first name, last name
etc I just now need to merge them all into labels - there is about 400 and i
really dont want to have to type them into the data source that you usually
have to use. Im sure there MUST be a simple way to convert all that
information into a data source for labels or just to labels?

Can anyone help please?? Im a bit lost!

If they're all in a table already, why not use that table as your data
source? Word tables make excellent data sources for Word mailmerges.
