Convert Powerpoiont document to a Visio document

I would like to convert a powerpoint document to Visio and be able to
manipulate the converted visio document. I'm currently using powerpoint 2002
and visio 2002. I tried cutting and pasting but the visio cut and past
document will not allow me to make edits.

Most likely if you doubleclick it, it'll let you edit "in-place" in Visio.
Alternatively, try ungrouping the copy/pasted visio drawing.
