convert old outlook 2000 address book to outlook 07

How do I bring my address book from Outlook 2000 into Outlook 2007

The old file is outlook.pst, not sure what the outlook address book file is
called in 07

The Address Book is nothing more than a presentation of lists published
somewhere else; it does not contain data itself.

Anyway, all Outlook data is kept in your pst-file. Simply reconnect it to
Outlook via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
