If it's not a huge document, you should be able to edit/select all, and copy
the document, then paste it into Word. You will probably need to readjust
page breaks and margins, and if there are multiple columns on a page, they'll
come out on seperate pages.
It depends on how often you need to do such conversions whether it's worth
it to buy software to do it for you (especially since you sometimes end up
with yuck anyway!).
