Convert emails to Word or Excel

My company just initiated a new email retention policy. Most employees have
all work related information stored in email PST files. I have over 100,000
emails stored in my PST file alone. We're stuck finding a quick solution to
our problem. Does anyone know of a way to convert all the information in
emails to either Word documents or Excel spreadsheets? It doesn't even have
to be Word or Excel. We are just trying to find a way to keep all of our
information stored for easy access. My company is disallowing the use of PST
files all together. All emails will be stored on a central Exchange server
once this process is completed. Please help. 100,000 emails is a lot of
information to copy to TXT or DOC files manually. :(
