Convert efax document to word.doc?

I'm sure this isn't the right NG to post this - but I have need to
convert an efax document to a Word document - without using a scanner
(software only). Can someone help - or point me to the right

the efax document is a picture of text, so you need some kind of OCR
program, the kind that usually comes with a scanner, or MS Office.
