Convert basic to dynamic

Using XPe I'm unable to convert a basic disk to a Dynamic disk, any one know
why?

I'm able to right click on disk 0, and select the option to convert to
Dynamic disk, then I get a dialog box asking me to select which disk to
convert (which Disk 0 is checked) hit the OK button and nothing happens.

Did you include the following components:

1. Disk Management Dynamic Volume Runtime
2. Disk Management Services
3. Logical Disk Manager
4. Logical Disk Manager Configuration Library
