Convert back from split

Can anyone show me how to get back my database together once I have used the
"Database Splitter"?

Why do you need to? It's seldom necessary to rejoin a split database.

If you have a legitimate reason, you can delete the linked tables from your
front-end, and import them back in (under File | Get External Data)
