Convert Adobe File to Word

Can anyone tell me how I can covert an Adobe 6.0 file back into a Word
document that I can format?

You will either have to have the full version of Adobe Acrobat or another
program that will convert Adobe documents to Word.

I use ABC Amber PDF Converter:

It works pretty well as long as the technical demands of the
Adobe file aren't too severe.
