Convert a Yes/No/NA response to a # value or %

I have a large sample of data used to determine compliance in a Yes/No/NA
format. How do I convert this data to numbers so that I can automate the
data analysis to Number/% compliance. (Maybe like a grade score) N/A must
give full credit and No must be 0.
