Converstion of Complex Word VBA macro to Excel Macro

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with Word and Excel to convert
a very complex Word VBA macro to be able to function in Excel.
 
Is it a Word procedure that you want Excel to run? Or is it merely a complex
algorithm that you want to be able to run in Excel as well as in Word?
