Conversion to XP - Upgrade Report

I'm converting from ME to XP. Just ran the upgrade advisor
program. One of the headings on the report is Name
Changes. On my report it stated that "SUDDEN DEATH 22 will
become MyComputer."

What is this name change referring to and why is the
upgrade program doing this?

I think it's telling you to do a clean install.
