Conversion of ".WMV" file to another Nokia 6230 friendly format

I have downloaded a video from FC Barcelona's homepage with a fantastic
goal from FC Barcelona's gam against FC Sevilla. My son is very keen on
having this video on his Nokia 6230 mobile phone. But the phone does
not comply with the "WMV"-format. Does anyone know some free software
that could help me convert the file format ?
