Conversion Error

Hi, I have converted an Access97 dbase that I have been constructing to an Access 2000 dbase. Despite the fact that it appears to work okay I now have two new tables, both are as follows

Conversion Error:Table & (1). Object Type - Database. Error Description: Missing or broken VBE reference to the file 'FAST2001.OCX'

Can anyone please enlighten me as to what has occured

Thought I'd add this

I have Windows XP, with MS Office2003. I do not wish to convert all the way to Access2003, because I'm one of the few that has the up-to-date version of the 'Office Suite'.
