Conversation threading: OL 2003

I've just upgraded from OL 2K to OL 2003. When grouping messages by
conversation, OL 2K was smart enough to know that the subject lines
"Topic X" and "Re: Topic X" were part of the same conversation.
Apparently, OL 2003 does not. All my mailing lists now show up with
the original post in one conversation and all the replies in a
separate one, apparently based on the "Re:" in the subject line.

Anyone know how to get them all back together?

Dick, I noticed this as well and find it very frustrating.
Have you be able to find a fix?
