ControlTip text STILL not appearing

I posted originally on 2/8/07 and received a response to which I have since
responded. But, haven't received any further responses from the MVP.

I still cannot get the control tips to appear on my machine.

Has anyone figured out what this issue is?!?! It is NOT the "bring to
front" issue.

And there is always the:
Create an empty/new db with AutoCorrect turned off.
Import *everything from the old db (takes about 30 seconds)
See if that corrects the issue.

Is there a timer event running somewhere? That might impact the Control Tips.

If there is then turn it off for now as a test.

Nope. They still don't work.

This database is still in development, so i hadn't compiled anything. And,
like I said, when I opened the database on a different machine, they work.
So, I doubted the AutoCorrect issue was true here.
