ControlTip Text not working

Environment is Win2000, MS Access 2002. Added ControlTip
text to various controls on a form, but the text does not
pop-up when mouse points to control. All documentation
indicates this should be a straightforward process. Any
suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Sometimes, the control is "behind" or "under" other controls or info on the
form, even when it doesn't appear that way.

Open the form in design view, click on the control, then click on Format |
Bring To Front. That usually makes the control tip visible when you hover
the mouse over the control in form view.
