ControlTip or Hover info

My form uses a scrolling list of memo fields and upon first glance the user
cannot read the complete text from each because there is not enough room on
the form.

Is it possible to display a temp window showing the field contents when the
mouse hovers over this control? Prefferably one that goes away without
clicking a close button.

I have tried to populate the ControlTip Text property but this also uses
only one line of text. I envision something like the NOTES behind the Cells
in Excel...

Any Ideas?
