Controling spam emailers

Is there a way to block spam emails from my computer within my outlook
express 6 program? I have a dozen emails daily from spam emails. Can anyone
help?

One, this group is for Outlook, not for Outlook EXPRESS. They are unrelated
programs. Post in a group for Outlook EXPRESS.

Two, there are plenty of freebie anti-spam products out there found by a
Google search. SpamPal, SpamBayes, Mailwasher are a few. I use SpamPal
(has far more methods of detecting spam than the other two mentioned).
