Controlador de dominio y aspnet

Hola:

Tengo un servidor w2000k q hace de controlador de dominio. He instalado la
runtime 1.1 de .NET pero no me aparece el usuario ASPNET.

He leido un articulo de microsoft en el cual pone que este error estaba
corregido en esta version del FrameWork, pero sin embargo el error es el
mismo.

¿Como puedo añadir este usuario?
