Se duplican tarjetas de red y se agregan otros adaptadores

Hola a Todos

Primero disculpen el cross post pero tengo un problema que no he logrado
reparar.

Tengo un NB PackardBell que tenia virus, al pasarle los antivirus encontro
varios.
El problema es que creo que al borrar esos virus se desconfiguro mi NB en
los temas de red.

No puedo conectarme a internet.
Al revisar el Administrador de Dispositivos me aparecen la tarjeta
inalambrica y la de red resaltadas con el signo de exclamacion, adicional a
esto se me duplicaron estas tarjetas y se agregaron otras que no
corresponden a adaptadores de red:

Adaptadores de Red
Adaptador de minipuerto Tun de Microsoft
Atheros AR5006EG Wireless Network Adapter
Atheros AR5006EG Wireless Network Adapter - Minipuerto del administrador
de paquetes
Minipuerto WAN (IP)
Minipuerto WAN (IP) - Minipuerto del administrador de paquetes
Minipuerto WAN (L2TP)
Minipuerto WAN (PPPOE)
Minipuerto WAN (PPTP)
Paralelo Directo
Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC
Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC - Minipuerto del
administrador de paquetes


Como ven, aparecen muchos que no debieran estar aca, cuando marco la opcion
mostrar dispositivos ocultos, aparecen los dispositivos ocultos y
curiosamente, salen destacados en amarillo, todos los relacionados a RED:

Controlador de protocolo IPv6 de Microsoft
Controlador de protocolo TCP/IP
NetBios a traves de Tcpip


He probado a desisntalar las tarjetas, de actualizar los controladores, los
reinstale descargando los drivers de internet, he tratado de eliminar esas
entradas de adaptadores pero me sale un msj de error que dice: "Error al
desinstalar el dispositivo. Puede que sea necesario para iniciar el equipo".

Probe a restaurar el sistema, pero fue lo mismo (tube que pasar el antivirus
nuevamente). Lo ultimo que quiero es tener que formatear el equipo. Haber
si alguien me hecha una mano. Probe a eliminarlos desde modo seguro, pero
tampoco pude.

Busque info en google, pero nada me ha resultado.

Llevo 3 dias tratando de solucionar el tema probando varias alternativas,
por lo que estoy un poco desesperado jejeje.
