Control-tab to switch windows in PowerPoint 2003.

Since changing from Office 97 to Office 2003, I am missing the ability to use
Control-Tab to switch between open windows of PowerPoint. I used this
frequently (for all MS applications, except for the oddball, Word), please
bring it back! Using Control-F6 instead is clearly awkward.

That just takes you from application to application. The Ctrl+F6 Take you
from pressie to pressie within PowerPoint. I usually just click on the one I
want front and center from the taskbar
