Control pannel.....

When i try to open items on my control pannel nothin happens i have tried
using a file i got from here called restore control pannel but had no luck
with this. If any one has any ideas of what it could be any help would be
greatly appriciated......THanks in advance Dave :)
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
