When trying to open "Taskbar and Start Menu" in control
panel I get a "(null) is not a valid Win32 application"
window with a big red X. Am using windows XP home
version. Please help, changed a bunch of stuff to
streamline the computer from a windows tips mag.

Find "System Restore" and use the wizard to go back to a point before
you made the changes.
