control panel sort

My XP Pro has started showing my Control Panel items out
of alphabetical order when in "Classic" mode. When I
change to "XP" mode, they are in correct order. This is
the only start menu item affected like this.
I prefer the "Classic" view but hate the sort. How do I
fix this?

Make sure Show in Groups is NOT checked
