control panel icons

I have two icons for "network conections" when opened they are both identicle
how do i remove one from the control panel I dont have "my blue tooth places
either in control panel or desktop where do i get this from
I do have bluetooth devices that show my phones conected and passkey eneable
the also work with my Nokia software pc suite 6.3
is there a way to edit the control panel

open Tweak UI, (
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx )

click 'Control Panel' > uncheck one of the network connections > OK

i have sevral network conections i have unchecked and deleted 3
but the control panel has still got TWO icons network connection they both
open identicle
how do ii get back my internet conection i deleted now
i dont want to delete any more I want to remove one of the icons the second
is an exact duplicate of the 1st and any changes made in one is mirrored in
the other

got it removed all icopns with tweak then reinstalled now got just one
network connection
there is still no bluetooth places that option is not in tweakui either
