Control panel icons

Mate

The Control Panel icons, in classic view, have suddenly doubled in
size, all Icons in areas other than control panel, remain as I had
them previously.

There is no "View" to allow me control the size of the Control Panel
ones, can someone suggest how I do this, please !!

I think you should still be able to right-click in an empty area of the
window and select view from the context menu. (Or press Alt+V to bring
up the menu)

If you want Explorer's old menu bar back, you can set "Always show
menus" in the View tab of Folder Options.
