Control Panel - add/remove programs takes forever to display

Try doing a msconfig and shut down programs in your startup folder in an
effort to find what is causing the delay.
 
There are no programs in my startup folder. I started uninstalling programs
that were added after I installed the computer. The culprit seems to be
Mozilla Firefox. Once I uninstalled the program, the add/remove program
display went from 1 hour, to 5 minutes.
