control+alt+del and run ie regedit/msconfig ect

my problem is that when any of the subject is activated,
they will pop up on the screen stay for a second and then
close ... this only happens in normal boot ... safe mode
has no problem. running full version of xp home. have
tried re install with out results .. have run all virus
and have none. have all latest patches... any help would
be appreciated

The same symptom is caused due to Klez, Yaha Viruses. It is advisable to run
a full system scan. Be sure you update the anti-virus software definitions.

*Did you update your anti-virus defs before scanning?
