Contracts Creation database

Does anyone know or has oneone created a database to assist in or create
outright contracts, track versioning, allow for redlining, and push changes
updating other existing Word contract documents???
If so, pls advise.

I have created 2 different contracts databases, 1 uses Terminal Server and
works directly in Access. The other is local only but creates and emails
contracts based on selections of boilerplate and uses Word as an output, so
they can be altered slightly, or creates PDFs directly from Access. Both
systems are proprietary and were relatively expensive to develop. For
document management, I do have a free sample database at:
