Contol toolbar in email?

Every time I open up an email the Control Toolbar shows up, blocking the left
hand portion of the document. I've tried deselecting it in the Customize
menu, and in the View->Toolbars dialog but it keeps popping up again. What's
going on here?

The Control Bar Toolbox is not open in Word. It only opens when I open an
email. I close it using the X on the toolbar. When I reply to the email, the
Control Toolbox pops up again.

Are you using Word as your editor? Try closing it from Word.

Too bad you did not get an answer on this problem :(
I have one client who has the same problem and am going crazy trying to
figure out the cause.

If you did get a solution, please share it.
Thanks in advance
Al
