ASUS nVidia Series Shell has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

Could it be the driver of my video card. I just install last week. But never
add the message.

Did the Nvidia Driver install Ok? I don't know the Model # of your
VCard but I would go to www.guru3d.com and
download a different driver. Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs
and select the Nvidia Driver and choose Uninstall or Remove. Then install
the new one.

Just had a quick google for you. The suggestions are:
1 Reseat Video card
2 D\load the latest drivers for your card from
Quote
www.nvidia.com for new drivers, NOT asus
/Quote.

I already downloaded the latest drivers, but I could uninstall the asus
driver ?

The nvidia one is the latest.

By the way, my card is a V9999 (6800GT 128meg)

Stephane, try rt clicking MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device
Manager>Display Adaptors>Your Video Card. If there's a yellow mark next to
it that indicates that the drivers are not installed or corrupted. If not,
and your system
works Ok. then go to Start>Run type: msconfig click Ok and select the
Startup Tab. Look for and entry that say's
Asus Nvidia Shell or something like that. If there, Uncheck. click
Apply Ok.
But do try a different Nvidia Driver. Some Drivers work better
than others with specific Video Cards.

Removed ASUS and nvidia, and install last nvidia driver from nvidia site. (I
though I add the last driver that was downloaded 2 weeks ago.) Problem
solve. Thank you.
Have other problem, but I will post another message.
