continuous (looping) rebooting

I'm installing XP onto a workstation. The installation
process was going fine.

After the initial reboot, the system continues to reboot
over and over again.

Thanks in advance.
 
Check the BIOS ACPI setting and ensure it's set to ENABLE.
If set to DISABLE, Windows XP continuly reboots.
