Continued problems with BCM 2003 for Outlook SP4 in Vista Ultimate

I'm continuing to get a pop up error message in the Vista Ultimate SP1 laptop
when Outlook 2003 opens with BCM 2003 with SP4 running.

I have logged the error and the only [E] message is as follows (all the rest
is [V]s)

an issue with memory.

Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? At this point, we are going to
have to uninstall BCM because the error message causes Outlook to crash.

Can you try doing a defrag of the business contact manager database by going
to business contact manager >manage database > check for error.

Also can you try creating a new database and see if you run into any issue

Have done both already. It finds no errors (or reports none) and I have tried
three databases with no change in the message. At this point, I have had to
turn BCM completely off and it looks like I will have to uninstall it which
is odd to me as they are both Microsoft products.

I created a new database already twice and checked both for errors and
defragged them.

Do you think I should wipe out Outlook and BCM, the databases and start over
from scratch using only the .pst file to import everything or would that just
be importing the problem again?

Not sure exactly what you mean by a new profile...

Do you mean a new outlook mailbox, a new database in BCM or something else?

Sorry for confusion, just frustrated with this as I have been fighting it
off and on for about 6 months and just when I think I have it licked, it
resurfaces...

here (as I did) and no avail at all.

Finally, he turned off all add ins and slowly, one by one, turned them back
on.

The culprit was GOOGLE toolbars and addins.

Wanted to let everyone know.

No problem at all. The tech was having trouble also as the log did not give
enough information about the problem either.

He had run across a similar problem before though with a different add on
(Yahoo toolbar) so it appears to be an issue with the search engine tool
bars, 2003 version and Vista security combined.
