My guess is that there's some custom control (e.g. a button) on the
Opportunity form, and the code is calling the wrong module for that
control (e.g. the wrong version). You could try reinstalling BCM v2.

This type of bug (clearly a problem in the code, exceptions should be
caught) should be reported directly to Microsoft.

Luther, thank you for the answer. How do you report this to Microsoft? On
their website it seems the only support option is paid support ... thank you.
