Continued crashes still and will Microsoft fix these crasing bugs

Yes I am back again seeing Bill Gates seems to have made sure to change "the
way it handles ActiveX" is apparently creating more crashes then usuall and
even with it disabled Dr. Watson reports an error that based in a mshtml.dll
error handle at "com_ms_osp_ospmrshl_releaseByValExternal" which again is
part of the latest IE security patches that change the way IE handles HTML
now because of hackers getting control of your system,

So because of this "com_ms_osp_ospmrshl_releaseByValExternal" report in the
Dr. Watson log, does this mean I have to remove all third party
add-ons(Macromedia flash included) from my browser and also remove or put on
the Restricted Sites Zone list on sites that cause these crashes, is this
what you guys want to make sure I am secure, tell me the truth?
