Continual refresh after form open

I've just upgraded from Access 2000 to Access 2003. When I open some forms
derived text boxes continue to be refreshed for no reason for some time. The
derived
 
Any conditional formatting in this form? If so, try removing it temporarily.

A2003 does take longer to sort out the calcuated controls.
