Continously sending PINGs

After doing anything with network access, DLLHOST starts
consuming Processor time upto 98%, I did a network trace
and saw that the machine is sending PINGs to all address
on my subnet. When I kill DLLHOST the machine stops
sending PINGs

I did some more checking and had the nachi virus. It's
