Contiguous Files

Is there a way I can see what files are Contiguoused? Because I cleaned up my
computer and my memory is still 35% of free space and I dont know why when I
deleted everything besided two programs I use and I didnt deleted the
programs that came with my computer. Can someone Please tell me what can I do
to fix this problem? Thanks.

Running defrag won't increase the free space on the drive, which is
what the OP seems to really want as a result. Nor will it tell you
which files have been made contiguous.

try mst Defrag (http://www.mstsoftware.com). It's very fast and it
consumes only small memory.
