Has anyone else had this problem; and if so, any way to overcome:
Have a couple of menu items and rearrange (eg drag one above the other
or vice-versa) - the menu shows the change but after build the change is
not made. This keeps happening and I am having trouble with other menu
items as well as a friend who reports the same thing.

If you're not already using VS 2005, do so. I noticed problems kind of like
that (not 100% identical, though) when I used 2002 and 2003. The problems I
had disappered with 2005...

No thats what I'm using sorry. Also this IDE crashes on menu item cut,
which can be replicated by another I know.
